About the Initiative
For more than a century, Harvard University has been home to pathbreaking work at the intersection of law and philosophy. Today, a robust and growing community of Harvard faculty, fellows, and students are teaching, writing, and learning about issues that implicate these two fields. The Harvard Initiative on Law and Philosophy, a joint project of the Law School, the Department of Philosophy, and the Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, serves to connect members of this community across the university.
To receive notices about relevant events (including meetings of the Law & Philosophy Workshop), please join our mailing list below. For questions about the Initiative or proposed additions to this website, please write to us at philosophy@law.harvard.edu.
